Join me for a morning dedicated to building strength, resilience, and a deeper connection between mind, body and breath, in the warmth of The Grainstore nestled in Killruddery Yard.
The session will begin with calming breath work to help you settle into the space, followed by a flowing mobility sequence to warm up and prepare your body. I will then guide you through a mindful bodyweight class designed to build strength and endurance, with short breaks for rest and reflection.
The session will close with a gentle stretch and meditation, leaving you with practical techniques and practices that you can easily incorporate into your life at home to continue building your physical and mental resilience.
Please bring a yoga mat, towel, and water bottle to make the most of this revitalising morning.
Ticket price: Killruddery Members €40 and Non-Members €44
About Killruddery
The Brabazon family have been living at Killruddery since 1618 and today three generations live there. Living heritage on Dublin’s doorstep!
Killruddery is a true celebration of the great outdoors and an authentic, bio-diverse space and a working farm. They delight in building a strong community who are as passionate about conserving the estate as they are.
Killruddery’s Grainstore is a charming 19th century converted barn, with original stone walls and high ceilings. It is now a cosy award winning rustic chic restaurant and venue.
